Nox was born in the Sagolli Desert as part of the "U" tribe. However, her birth wasn't like all the others. Her father was a Tia in their tribe and in love with one of the miqo'te women in the Nunh's harem. After her father got her mother pregnant, he tried to leave with Nox's mother but her dedication to the tribe was too strong. They had devised a plan to hide the pregnancy from everyone until she was born. Her mother birthed Nox in a cave not far from their tribe's home. Her mother, after only holding baby Nox for a few moments, gave her up to her father who then ran away with the child.Taking Nox, her father had fled The Forgotten Springs to live in a small village in the forests of Gridania. As she grew up, her father slowly started teaching her how to live off the land and wield the bow, though it was never something she was able to master. When she was five, her father met a hyur woman who lived in the city of Gridania, whom he married a year later. Her brother, Bastian, was born shortly after.At the age of eighteen, Nox was wandering the forests hunting for food when she bit off more then she could chew and got into a fight with a monster. She was saved by two men, a miqo'te and an au ra. Once they deemed she was safe, they offered to help her properly learn to wield the bow, which she gladly accepted. Once they deemed her well off enough, the three parted ways, though the au ra stayed close in the back of her mind. It wasn't until she was twenty that she learned of what her father had done. Nox ran off to a bar to think about the lies her father had told her about her mother being dead and tried her first drink. Hating how the liquid burned her throat, she vowed to never touched the stuff again. That was when she was reunited with a familiar au ra, one who she had never thought she would see again. They spent all night talking in that little bar and have been together ever since.By the age of twenty-one, she left her home and traveled to Gridania to join their adventurer's guild. What she didn't know was that was to be the start of an adventure everyone dreamed of having.After the events of what would have been the Final Days, Nox and Shouta finally married, living peacefully in a small home in the city of Ishgard. TRIVIA.

  • Nox frequently dyes the blonde bits of her hair different colors, but usually always comes back to the blonde.

  • Nox is blind in her right eye and uses the Aether around her to "see" out of it.

  • Nox's default class is Paladin, though she is very skilled in magicks, particularly healing magicks.
